Is a rental business (and other personal mobility vehicles) to the general public (tourists) and to different partners (hotels and hostels, travel agencies, tour guide companies, language schools, etc.).
The company also offers guided bike tours around the city of Valencia and its surroundings, as well as organised bike trips to the city of Alicante. This service is carried out for the public as well as for collaborators (both Spanish and from outside Spain, being the most usual to collaborate with different Italian travel agencies). Therefore, the essential work at the company is customer service, especially for international customers; both in person, in any of our shops in Valencia, as well as by other means such as telephone or email.
Obowiązki w trakcie praktyk:
- Provide all necessary information to the customer: about the bikes
or PMVs (personal mobility vehicles, such as electric scooters) - Answering telephone numbers and emergency telephone
numbers. - Customer service at the end of the rental process: make sure that
everything went well, check that the bikes or VMP are in perfect condition
when returned. - Shop and product maintenance: keep the shop tidy (essential to find
what you need, to be able to move around the shop with the bicycles, to
give customers a good feeling, etc.). - Assistance on guided bike tours: sometimes students join a group of
clients on a cycling activity in the city. They accompany clients and guides
along the route, assisting clients when necessary. - Management of customer incidents: company has an SOS service
for all customers who rent a bike/VMP or book a bike tour. For this we
have an emergency mobile phone to which the customer sends a message
with their problem and position in the city waiting for a quick response to assist them with their problem. - Help with large bookings
- Both the team and the clients and collaborators are from different countries, therefore, the essential language is English.
