Tareas previstas de práctica:

Missions : 

  • Email Management: Sorting, responding, and organizing emails.
  • Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and property viewings. .
  • Document Management: Creating, editing, and organizing documents, contracts, and listings.
  • Data Entry: Updating property information, client details, and financial records.
  • Phone and Voicemail Management: Answering calls, taking messages, and returning calls. 
  • Filing and Organization: Keeping physical and digital files in order.
  • Office Supplies Management: Ordering and restocking necessary supplies.
  • Handling Mail and Deliveries: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages. i.
  • Customer Service: Assisting clients with inquiries and concerns. 
  • Property Showings: Scheduling and coordinating property viewings. 
  • Client Communication: Sending updates, property listings, and relevant information.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Requisitos para aplicar a esta oferta:

Formación académica

ADE, Marketing, Comercio Exterior, Administración o similar

Idiomas necesarios

Inglés – B2

Experiencia deseada

No necesario

Conocimientos informáticos

Buenos conocimientos de Excel, Word, Pack Office
