Our values

We´ve been defining IES Consulting as an atypical, young and dynamic HR consultancy since 2005. Our company was founded with an idea of helping European students find internships abroad, and during so many years on the market, we´ve become a trusted organisation that participates actively in programmes such as Erasmus+, and provides internships for more than 1000 students each year.

We´re professional

Our team of business consultants and recruitment managers have degrees in Psychology, International Trade, Human Resources Management, and alike, and experience in Human Sciences and recrutiment.

We speak your language

You can find specialists with various native languages in our team. Spanish, Catalan, English, French, Italian, Polish, and German are the most common languages spoken in our office; a collage of cultures.

We know how to deal with red tape

After years and years of work, our team is prepared to inform you about procedures, norms, laws, documents, agreements, insurances—we know all about red tape! And it is not a problem for us.

We're Generation Erasmus

Like many European students nowadays, our employees have their own Erasmus exchange experiences, they have lived or studied, or even done their internships abroad. We´re exactly like you, that´s why we understand you.

We like what we do
