Internship tasks:
- Aprender el Asesoramiento comercial inmobiliario que consiste en investigar necesidades del cliente y buscar los productos y servicios compatibles con la necesidad
- Aprender los métodos de filtrar parametrizar, clasificar, priorizar y gestionar los “leads” (clientes-prospectos)
- Gestionar las visitas comerciales internas y externas
- Aprender y recibir curso técnicas de negociación
- Aprender y recibir curso de las múltiples técnicas de ventas (gestión de objeciones, venta en línea, método espejo, y lo demás técnicas universales de la gestión comercial)
- Aprender los métodos de cierre de operaciones
- Aprender organizar y cómo hacer las visitas comerciales y las reuniones con clientes
- Redactar, negociar y cerrar contratos
- Aprender líneas generales y bases de la ley respeto a la gestión comercial de la compraventa y arrendamiento
- Asistir en la elaboración de la estrategia Comercial
- Asistir y aprender relación directa con clientes (empresas de patrimonio, fondos de inversión, propietarios
- Asistir en las reuniones de los equipos comerciales
