The hotels of this hotel chain usually offer university internships in marketing, reception, catering, cuisine, human resources and even hotel management, all of them through a model of training and accompaniment that is usually led by the Head of Department who, in turn, is the intern’s tutor.
The internship period in hotels in the Balearic Islands, such as Menorca, runs from April to the end of October each year during the sun and beach season.
Students begin their internship with learning about the environment, Cala Galdana and Menorca. galdana and Menorca, throughout their internships, the range of tasks increases until they become until they have an autonomy in the center.

Internship tasks:
The daily tasks are divided into 3
Reception work :
- Giving information service (general knowledge of Menorca)
- Promotion of the products
- Organisation of the planning of activities
- Selling of Artiem products and sub contracted products
- Collection of payment for the activities
Sport and guide work :
- Kayaking, trekking and mountain biking activities
- Guiding during excursions, contact with clients
- Team work
- Know how to be polite with multicultural clientele: Spanish, French, English, German, Nordic, Spanish, French, English, German, Nordic
Maintenance of equipment :
- Regularly inspect and clean sports equipment o ensure that they are in good condition and working order.
- Perform minor repairs to sports equipment when necessary
- Properly store equipment after use, ensuring it is organized and protected from damage
