Internship in International recepcionist Mediterranean Hotel in Costa Brava

This hotel opens its doors to tourists from all over the world during the warmer months of the year, between May and the end of September and, during this period, it usually has students of internship in areas of reception, restaurant and kitchen.

All scholars accepted at the hotel have sharing lodging with maximum 4 people per room, meals during the shift and a monthly remuneration. It is a company with experience, identity and where you can live a unique learning experience.

This hotel seeks a person who can communicate correctly in French and Spanish, has a friendly personality and wants to be part of the hotel reception team collaborating with the following tasks:

• Receive new guests and register them in the system to assign the room: Check in.
• Offer tourist information about the region and hotel facilities.
• Be sure to check guests’ exits: Check Out.
• Answer questions, questions or complaints from hotel guests.
• Inform the restaurant’s schedule and hotel regulations to customers.
• Collaborate with the administrative tasks of the position such as the processing of personal documents.
• Attend department meetings.
