Internship offer in Tourism, reception and animation in Mallorca

We collaborate with them since 2014, sending students to the reception areas and as directors assistants. You are offered monthly financial support and meals during the internship, in addition to high level training in different departments.

Internship tasks:
The student would work at the reception of the hotel, assisting in all task that this position includes:
- Check-in/-out
- Customer service
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Management of bookings
- Billings
- Administrative tasks
