Internship tasks:
– Serving clientele inside or outside the bar. This may involve handling alcoholic beverages, coffee, soft drinks, etc., as well as serving food during breakfast, lunch or dinner.
– Keep facilities clean: bar, floor, tables, etc.
– Make sure cold rooms are full.
– Clean glasses, plates, spoons, etc.
– Wear the waiter’s uniform in a professional manner.
– Serving customers in a polite manner.
– Work as part of a team in specific situations, for example, in banquets.
– Know the main wines of Spain.
– Know how to prepare basic meals (sandwiches and snacks).
– Work in a hygienic manner.
– Charge and give change to customers.
– Keep facilities clean: bar, floor, tables, etc.
