You would have the opportunity to improve your knowledge in this sector under the supervision of your tutor. Furthermore you could practice your language skills, since the tourism sector has the advantage of being able to communicate with people from all over the world. In customer service areas you will be taught the policies and protocols of quality to provide excellent service.
Internship tasks:
- Apoyo y asistencia al Gte de Alimentos y Bebidas.
- Llevar a cabo los procedimientos y directrices marcadas en el departamento.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos en la operación y la administración de los centros de consumo.Supervisión y presencia constante en las áreas y momentos críticos del servicio.
- Gestión de servicio a comensales en momento que sean necesarios.
- Coordinar la atención personalizada y resolución oportuna de quejas o incidentes garantizando la entera satisfacción del huésped.
