We are talking about a 4-star hotel, belonging to a Spanish hotel chain of great national importance, which has enjoyed hundreds of positive experiences with internship students since the 90’s. This hotel is located in Catalonia, on the Costa Brava.
If you are interested in doing an internship in reception or are looking for an internship in catering, even in the kitchen, this company has a very friendly and attentive staff who know first-hand how to manage and train students. In addition, the internships are paid and they also offer accommodation and meals.
Internship tasks:
– Organising tables and meals before services: breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
– Serving guests by serving food at the buffet or taking orders in the à la carte restaurant.
– Serving guests in the beverage area.
– Orientate diners as to the gastronomic offer of the service.
– Ensuring that the facilities are always clean and available to guests.
– Respond to customers’ requests and concerns in a tasteful and friendly manner.
– Arrange the tables after the services: breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
