Internship tasks:
- creating website content, social media management (especially Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn ang Google+)
- analysis and implementation of new marketing strategies
- SEO
- customer service: being the point of reference for students at the school´s reception, solve their doubts and help with formalities, give effective solutions to their problems
- ensuring good communication between clients and the school´s departments
- preparing necessary material for students: letters, invoices, certificates, schedules, attendance sheets etc.
- informing students about changes and activities to do
- updating the database constantly
- helpin the marketing department by informing them about students´ opinions, and helping publish content on Facebook
- identifying opportunities to sell other products / services of the company
