Information about the company that’s offering the internship:
Company ocated on the outskirts of Barcelona, near the city of Manresa. Their primary activity is managing motorbike reservations around Europe. They are constantly growing and they look for students passionate about motorbikes and eager to learn about the sector.
Their multiskilled team will train the interns and let them manage their own processes in the areas of customer service or IT.
They offer accommodation in a shared flat (completely equipped) 5-minute walk from the company ( only for interns in summer season)
Internship tasks:
- help clients who look for information about the company’s services, especially French clients
- increase the client portfolio
- booking management, review clients’ reservations
- call clients to help them process the payments
- troubleshooting
- other assigned tasks
