• Preparation of budgets, mainly in English, which include, Hotel offers (4 and 5 star hotels on the islands, private transport, activities, excursions, luxury restaurants, gala dinners, etc.
• Update the data base and the description of local products that are offered in English and in Spanish.
• Creation of new packages/ innovative offers based on local Balearic products for the clients.
• Contact with local providers, negotiation and update their information.
• Preparation of the program of confirmed events.
• Coordination with clients and providers in services and events.
