Internship in Public Relations in a 4-star hotel on the Canaray Islands in Fuerteventura

In the north of the island of Fuerteventura is located this small hotel chain, which owns about 3 luxury hotels. They are magnificent structures of high quality rooms or apartments, located near the Atlantic beach in an important tourist enclave in the region. Its guests can take advantage of the many services provided by the hotel staff to enjoy a relaxing vacation and discover a dream territory. They are looking for committed students who want to learn the necessary skills for the tourism and hospitality professions. The hotel offers a monthly financial remuneration, apart from a bed in a shared room and 3 meals during each day of your stay. You will also be provided with a uniform and free access to a washing machine. The working hours are variable, as in every hotel in the world, but you will work a maximum of 8 hours/day for 5 days a week, with 2 consecutive days off. What are you waiting for? The internship will be done both in the Public Relations department and helping the assistant manager:

• Prepare information posters to inform hotel events and cultural information
• Prepare birthday cards, anniversaries of clients and send them to the destination with a detail of the hotel.
• Make reservations for the theme restaurants.
• Welcome customers at theme restaurants.
• Translate texts in different languages.
• Attend, analyze, manage complaints and suggestions from customers;
• Participate in, communicate and promote the culture of the hotel

The student will receive training, and tasks will be assigned progressively according to their progress.
