Internship in Beauty assistant in the Spa of a 5 star Hotel in Madrid

Luxurious 5 star Hotel located in Madrid surrounded by monumental buildings and noble residences. The hotel offers training in Reception, Spa, Kitchen and Restoration. They have a Michelin-starred restaurant, Spa service, fitness room, event rooms and restaurant.

We have been in contact with them since 2015 and all the students sent  to carry out their internships here are very satisfied with the training and treatment of the hotel. If you are interested in practicing your knowledge of tourism and hotel services and change to this sector, we highly recommend this hotel since they have all the services for the comfort and delight of the client from the waiter service, excellent gastronomy luxury and a relaxing Spa.

You will be able to train with a guardian’s supervision. The hotel will support you with an excellent help every month and also you; can take a daily meal.

Internship tasks include. 

• Replying to phone calls in Spanish and English. 
• Customer Service in Spanish and English as well as responding to mails. 
• Manage the SPA calendar. 
• Keep the reception, spa, gym and communal areas tidy. 
• Facial treatment, manicures, pedicures, waxing and relaxing massages all according to the established protocol. 
• Prepare and serve infusions to the clients. 
• Charge customers and work with the specific online systems.
• Direct contact with reception and other departments. 

*** Students who have their own accomodation in Madrid will be entitled to 300€ per month.
