The main task of this event planner internship in Mexico are:
- Organize the gifts and presents which will be given to the customers before and during the events.
- Doing the order tracking of food, materials, decoration, etc, before the events and with enough time.
- Update the stock and inventory control.
- Help with planning and operative actions before the events take places.
- Help with operative actions during the event as helping with the restaurant staff, welcoming the clients, resolving incidences.
- Keep a close communication with all the departments involve during and before the events as public relations, restaurant, bar and reception.
- Help with administrative tasks.
