Mobility program coordination

Our team of coordinators is in charge of proposing customized solutions for each mobility program. We need to know the number of students, their background, the desired destination, the dates of mobility in the host companies and all the details regarding the accommodation, the meals and the documentation, including transport preferences.

In order to organize the best student mobility Erasmus + program, it is essential to understand how to organize the trip, depending on the students, the teachers and the staff’s needs. As a consequence, our professionists are responsible for the organization and the consulting in terms of transportation, quality, comfort and prices.

Student accommodation

Language course for foreigners

To learn and to develop the foreign languages’ knowledge is one of the main goals of the Erasmus + and of mobility projects. Therefore we collaborate since ages with language schools, in order to provide Spanish, English and French courses to the interns.

Documentation processing

In running a european mobility program, an Erasmus + project or a student trip funded by European institutions, it is not always easy to manage tons of documents. Our team knows all the necessary documentation and it knows how to manage it at the best: internship agreements, internship certificates, internship assessment forms, international health insurance, residence permits, and so on. We regularly deal with all of these documents.
