• Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing of the hotel on all Marketing-related day-to-day tasks
• Local point of contact for Marketing-related topics for HQ Marketing Team, the Sales Manager and the Operations Team
• Coordinate with HQ and handle visits of journalists, influencers and photo shootings
• Assist in creating local content and keep all content updated
• Assist the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, e-newsletters as required and according to the central marketing team guidelines.
• Support on logistics & operational readiness for photo shootings based on the needs of the production.
• Assistance in the production execution.
• Liaising with local videographer / photographer for influencers’ content creation, based on HQ Marketing guidelines
• Coordinate with HQ Marketing on the monthly marketing & social media content to provide to our partners.
• Assist in Local Discovery content creation for the mobile application
• Regular content check on the Hotel’s webpage and make sure all materials are updated
• Assist Operations and Marketing HQ Team with hotel collaterals
• Onsite coordination with the local PR agency during the Opening events, journalists’ visits, etc.
• Local liaison and social media content creation in cooperation with HQ Social media Team
• Provide the itinerary and outline the experience of each visit, as well as support their execution.
• Support into the experience formation (what we propose media or influencers to experience, such as activities, restaurant reservations, spa, mini drive adventure or else), which will be used as a basis for the Itinerary / Experience Map and the key messaging.
• Small translations to Spanish and Spanish spell-check
• Support the Sales Manager on punctual tasks
• Assist with the hotel’s site inspections
• Load reports in the CRM
• Assist with Purchase Orders
• Assist the ADOSM on monthly Travel Expenses reports
• Make occasional reports as requested by the ADOSM
