Aufgabenbereich während des Praktikums:
Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: As an intern, you’ll be a crucial part of our operational backbone.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of our space, ensuring it’s welcoming, tidy, and ready to provide a seamless experience to our members and guests.
- Administrative Assistance: Learn the ropes of efficient administration by supporting various administrative tasks.
- Help with record-keeping, data entry, and other behind-the-scenes activities that keep the club running smoothly.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Gain hands-on experience in maintaining a well-organized event calendar. Assist in coordinating dates, times, and logistics to ensure that events and activities run without a hitch.
- Logistics and Supplies: Be part of the team that ensures everything is in place.
- Learn to manage inventory, order supplies, and support logistical aspects of events and operations.
- Communication Support: Assist in maintaining clear communication channels with members, guests, and partners.
- Learn to handle inquiries and provide information effectively.
- Reception Duties: Occasionally, you’ll have the opportunity to welcome members and guests at the reception area, enhancing their experience from the moment they step in.
